TPower User Agreement

1. Review this agreement carefully before closing the notice or continuing. Once closed, you will be treated as having accepted the terms and conditions applicable to the company’s products.

2. If rules or terms are inconsistent across language versions, the supplied agreement states that the Chinese version prevails.

3. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account and password. Bets placed through your account are treated as valid. Change passwords regularly; the company states that it is not responsible for loss caused by a compromised account.

4. The company reserves the final decision when changing terms or game rules and the right to interpret related disputes. Changes take effect when the relevant TPower announcement is published.

5. You must have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction before using gaming products.

6. If a bet is not successfully submitted, it is invalid. The final outcome is based on the records in the company database.

7. If a bet is voluntarily or automatically cancelled before the match result is announced, the game result will not take effect for that bet.

8. If unavoidable events such as natural disasters or hacker attacks cause data loss, follow subsequent company notices or contact the company through a verified route.

9. Online transactions and gaming activity may be recorded. Disputes will be resolved using those records.

10. If inappropriate methods such as plugins, or unlawful coordinated betting, cause harm, the company may cancel the affected bets.

11. Where poor connectivity, network errors, hardware limits or other external factors create a difference between displayed product data and database records, the database record prevails.

12. The company may suspend or close an account that breaches the terms, including through deception, hacking, manipulation, collusion or conduct that undermines fair play. The supplied agreement states that winnings and account balances may be forfeited.

13. Once a game has started, members may not place or raise bets. Bets accepted in error after the start may be cancelled. Bets placed with prior knowledge of the final result may be refused or voided, with the company retaining the final decision.

14. Withdrawal requests will not be accepted until funds meet the stated 1× turnover requirement, meaning valid bets equal the deposited amount.

15. To address fraud, money laundering and unauthorised withdrawals, registered players must provide genuine identity information for real-name verification. Deposit and withdrawal account details must match verified information or the transaction may be rejected.

All players must accept and follow this agreement. Announced changes take effect immediately and TPower may not notify every user individually. Continuing to use the service after an update is treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
