Customer Service may ask you to correct inconsistent verification details, but secure support should not ask for your password, payment PIN or one-time code.
Use verified support
Open Customer Service from the current verified member platform.
Check before resubmitting
Review real-name, bank and account-number details carefully if a verification record is returned for correction.
Protect credentials
Never send passwords, payment PINs or one-time verification codes in a chat.
