If the upgrade target is missed but the retention amount is reached, the existing level is maintained.
A fixed reward is issued automatically at the end of each quarter.
Level-up rewards are issued when the requirement is met.
An anniversary reward is described for each registration anniversary.
Daily Live and Slots rebates are calculated and distributed separately by level.
The weekly care benefit is available from level 3, based on weekly losses and issued after the requirements are met.
