Password recommendations
A strong, unique password is one of the most important controls protecting your member account.
- Avoid predictable combinations such as birthdays, phone numbers, names or repeated characters.
- Use at least eight characters and choose a longer password wherever possible.
- Combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers.
- Do not reuse the password from email, banking, social media or another entertainment account.

Protect more than the password
Strengthening password management helps protect both account access and funds. Keep payment PINs and one-time verification codes private, and review unexpected account activity promptly.
- Change your password only through the verified member platform.
- Never send a password, payment PIN or one-time code through chat.
- Contact verified Customer Service if you notice an unfamiliar login or cannot secure the account.
